How to add a webpage to the Favorites bar in Internet Explorer 11?
As you already know, by adding a web page to the Favorites menu, you can easily enjoy having the website at just a click’s distance. This is in itself is a pretty handy feature; however, if you want to have the web page on the very surface, on your Internet Explorer 11 web browser, all you will need to do is add the web page to the Favorites bar. Well, the Favorites bar is just like any other bar on your Internet Explorer 11 toolbar and it saves you from the hassles of browsing the entire favorites menu to look for a web page.
The easy step solution on a Windows 8.1 PC is as:
- On the ‘Start’ screen, click on the Internet Explorer tile to open it.
- Go to the webpage you want to add to the Favorites bar.
- Click on ‘Favorites’ icon, and then click the down arrow next to ‘Favorites’. Click ‘Favorites bar’ from the list that appears. Click ‘Add to favorites bar’ icon, and then click ‘Add’.
- Now you can access the website anytime by going to the favorites bar.
Bookmarking a website is the same as adding a site to your Internet Explorer 11 web browser. If you have bookmarked a site on any other browser, you will be able to enjoy the same experience here on your favorite Internet Explorer browser.
