Windows 8.1: How to block or allow cookies based on type in Internet Explorer 11?

Here’s how you can block or allow cookies on the basis of their types in Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 PC:
- On the ‘Start’ screen, click on the Internet Explorer tile to open it.
- When the browser opens, click on the Wrench icon at the bottom, and then click ‘View on the Desktop’.
- Click on the ‘Gear’ icon on the top right corner of the browser window, and then click ‘Internet Options’.
- Click the ‘Privacy’ tab, move the slider to the level of privacy that you want to set, and then click ‘OK’.
