Intel® releases specs for Windows® 8 tablet
We have already talked about the rumor that Intel is going to release Windows 8 tablet by the end of this year. Now, CNet has reported the specs of the Intel tablet that would be released this year. Let’s see the specifications, shall we?
An Atom Z2760 dual-core chip that is called ‘Clover Trail’ is the processor for this tablet. This chip enables the tablet to give a quick round of performance when required. These tablets will be available in two designs. They are thinner than 9 mm and lighter than 1.5 lbs to begin with.
These tablets are also supposed to have a battery life of more than 9 hours. They are enabled with both 3G and 4G too. Moreover, in standby mode these tablets will run for 30 days. These are the initial specifications that Intel has released, according to folks at CNet.
