The Consumer Preview is now out. Windows 8 fans were dying to explore the new features of the latest Beta version and it is hardly surprising that one million people downloaded the software just a day after it had been released.
One of the USPs of the new Windows 8 is its Metro apps and those who are still learning the ropes must know how these apps are closed. There are two ways of closing the Metro apps.
The first method requires you to drag your cursor to the top left corner of your monitor where you will see all the recent apps that you have opened. Closing these apps is very simple. You just have to right click on an app and click on 'Close'.
The other method too is equally simple. You just need to take your cursor to the top left corner of your screen, select an app, drag it to the bottom left and it will be closed.
