Lenovo launches Windows 8-based home theater PC
Lenovo has announced the release of its new range of Windows 8-based home entertainment desktop PC Lenovo IdeaCentre Q190. According to Lenovo, the Q190 desktop PC is the world’s “smallest full-function” PC that measures just 22mm in width.
The home entertainment desktop PC offers a 3rd-generation (Ivy Bridge) Intel Core i3 processor, a hard drive as large as one terabyte, a 24-gigabyte SSD cache, and as much as 8GB of memory. The PC can also be outfitted with Windows 8 Pro.

The compact PC is specifically designed to take care of the users’ home entertainment needs. For multimedia needs, there is an optional Blu-ray disc player and wireless multimedia remote with built-in mini backlit keyboard and mouse to control the system from a distance. The Lenovo IdeaCenter Q190 is available at a starting price of US$ 349.
