Microsoft Aired Its First Windows 8 TV Commercial
Microsoft keeps its Windows 8 fans who Google ‘Windows 8’ from time to time with ongoing stream of updates and news. And now Microsoft just aired the official sneak peek of Windows 8 with less than a couple of weeks to go for Windows 8 release on October 26. Microsoft took the first step of its advertising campaign for Windows 8 with a TV commercial teaser for the soon-to-launch operating system. The Windows 8 TV advert was first aired at about 12:50 PM EST, yesterday.
The Windows 8 ad runs a 30-second video clip which begins with a countdown that gets stuck at ‘8’. The countdown and reactions reveal mounting anticipation which is now at its peak among Windows 8 enthusiasts and targeted users. The ad plays a track by Eagles of Death Metal that ripples a jazzy, high-decibel, and high-spirited reactions among many of us, unless some of us get pulled off by that they want to turn down the volume. The Windows 8 TV commercial sneak peeks some of the best and innovative features of the OS to convey the message: “Windows reimagined”. The 30 second video clip of the Windows 8 commercial ends with displaying Windows 8 release date as “10.26.12”.
