Microsoft® Simplifies Windows® 8 Installation

Well-versed with the umpteen hassles experienced by PC users during the installation of an operating system, Microsoft has tried to streamline the installation of Windows 8.

That installing a Windows OS has always been an arduous task is common knowledge. Microsoft did make a conscious effort to make the installation of Windows 7 less hassling. The endeavor was acknowledged and now even lesser complications are expected in the case of Windows 8. Going through a single wizard and pressing the “ Click ” button just 11 times is what it will take for the installation process to be completed.

The purpose behind the simplification of the installation process is that it is feasible on every computer and is no bugbear for even an average PC user. The download size too has been reduced. 1.5 GB isn’t small but an average broadband will be able to see the downloading process through. At no point will the user start to fidget and even low memory devices like netbooks can accommodate the operating system.

The new installation process will check the compatibility of the software with the PC and the user can even find out the operating system that is most suitable. The trouble of remembering a long product key has also been done away with. It is apparent that Microsoft is taking all these pains with an eye on general consumers. Although it is difficult to catch their fancy, an uncomplicated and quick installation process may prove to be an enticing bait.
