Nvedia is almost about to release chips for Windows 8 devices. Nvedia Tegra processor is set to hit the market soon. Nvedia is planning t use its expertise in the graphics field to have an advantage over others in the competition.
Nvedia Tegra is ARM-based chips that the company is introducing to get some of the action that Windows 8 tablets and devices would be getting. Most of the tablets run on ARM processors these days. This move from Nvedia is a smart one, considering ARMs are in vogue this season. Every tablet must have it.
Nvedia has demonstrated tablets with its new processor to Microsoft already. They believe that the history between both the firms put them in a better place. Nvedia has built graphic drivers for Windows operating systems which are based on X86 processors already in the past.
