Apps are the heart of the new operating system Windows 8. These apps can be sitting there on your desktop for the rest of your life. Apparently, apps in the operating system Windows 8 can be controlled in such a way that one can never uninstall them.
Administrators can block users from uninstalling any app that is present on the operating system. Policies on the user’s access can restrict the user to have complete control over the applications that are installed on their computer.
This policy can be found in the Control Panel of the new operating system, Windows 8. In the Administrative templates in Control Panel, if you search for “Prevent users from uninstalling applications from Start” you would find the policy that restricts the users from uninstalling any application on the desktop.
